About The West Terra Project
This project aims to transform the east side of Western Avenue, north of Washington Boulevard, by replacing a drive-through car wash and a 12,209 sq. ft. office building with a modern 6-story mixed-use development. The new building will feature 189 residential units—161 multi-family and 28 affordable—along with approximately 5,998 sq. ft. of retail space. It will include two parking levels, offering 175 vehicular spaces and 134 bicycle parking spots. Improved pedestrian access will enhance connectivity.
